Pelvar’s AI agents pull patent data, claim language, and prior art across global patent offices. The first draft of the landscape is built in days, not weeks.

Sign the findings
Every brief is reviewed by a credentialed expert with relevant domain experience. The reviewer signs the deliverable and the correction log ships with it. You see what was wrong in the AI draft and what was corrected.

Ship the brief
The final brief is delivered in ten business days from kickoff. Full citation log, methodology document, and reviewer signature included. Iterate twice within the engagement.
The correction log is the product. It’s the audit trail that lets you defend the brief upward.

Pelvar is led by Elijah Buford.
Elijah is a Senior AI Product Manager at Stanley Black & Decker / DEWALT, building AI products for the construction trades. He is the DEWALT spokesperson for the 2026 “AI in the Trades” research reaching 3,400+ respondents across the industry.
Through a prior company, Paperade AI, Elijah established a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the NSA and went through Techstars Atlanta ’24, Latimer House Cohort II, and the Aurelia Ventures portfolio.
Elijah watched industrial R&D teams burn six-figure budgets on consulting engagements that delivered slow, generalist analysis while AI-only tools delivered fast, unaccountable analysis. Pelvar exists because the missing third option — fast, certified, accountable — is what these teams actually need.
Pelvar is building a panel of credentialed reviewers including Certified Licensing Professionals, former USPTO examiners, and senior industry IP counsel, who sign every brief in their domain. Elijah is himself a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP).
